MSALT Leadership Roles

President & Team Leader - Valentina

Provides overall leadership for the youth ministry team. Helps guide meetings and activities, encourages participation, oversees projects, and keeps communication strong between members, leaders, and the wider community. Collaborates with the Service Leader to organize service projects and group events.

VP & Service Leader - Sejana

Promotes and organizes service opportunities and outreach projects. Assists in planning and running social events, gatherings, and activities that build community within the group.

Social Media Manager- OPEN!

Manages the group’s Instagram, website, and other online platforms with guidance from adult leaders. Shares updates, promotes events, and helps keep the community informed and connected.

Content Creator- OPEN!

Design graphics, take photos, or create videos to promote events and highlight group activities. Works with the Social Media Manager and adult leaders to share engaging content.



Prayer Leader - Bryce
Helps lead brief prayer, reflection, or mindfulness moments during gatherings. Encourages a welcoming and thoughtful spiritual environment for the group.

Hospitality Coordinator - OPEN!

Welcomes new members, helps organize refreshments, and ensures everyone feels included and comfortable at meetings and events.
